Meet Coach Lavel.
Lavel W. is a former collegiate track and field athlete from Lincoln University (PA), where he was part of two national championship teams. He brings that same championship standard to every athlete he trains.
Over 17 years, Coach Lavel has guided high school athletes to state titles and college scholarships, and worked with adults rebuilding speed and form. His coaching philosophy is simple: meet the athlete where they are, build a plan around their weak points, and hold them to a standard they didn't think they could hit.
He is USA Track & Field Level I certified, a Qualified Private Coach on CoachUp, and background-check verified.
